Our Story
Inoltrolio was born in 2019 as a special gift for clients, partners, and friends. An authentic tribute to Umbria: hand-harvested olives, artisanal care, and a deep connection to our territory.
A Unique Method
We use the Sinolea Rapanelli system, based on percolation rather than centrifugation. More than 5,000 stainless steel blades select the “flower of the oil” in a fully cold process, within eight hours of harvest. A slow and precise method that preserves aromas, polyphenols, and purity.
Limited Production
Only 1,000 bottles per year, crafted to guarantee absolute excellence, far from any industrial compromise.
