It is also a tribute to Umbria, the region where our headquarters are located. This territory is not only part of our identity, but part of our daily operations and decision-making. Umbria’s balanced climate, hilly terrain, and soils well suited to olive cultivation contribute to oils known for structure, freshness, and aromatic clarity.
Inoltrolio is produced using the Rapanelli Sinolea system, a percolation-based extraction method rather than centrifugation.
More than 5,000 stainless steel blades gently extract the “flower of the oil” through a completely cold process, within eight hours of harvesting.
This method allows for the natural separation of the oil without mechanical stress, preserving aromas, polyphenols, and the intrinsic characteristics of the olives. The result is a clean, balanced, and authentic expression of extra virgin olive oil, obtained through precision and control at every stage.
